The brick like mold is made in a form of frustum of pyramid with vertical holes to drain whey. It is perfect to form soft and semi-hard cheeses in a «briquette» type original cheese wheel.
Brick shaped mold, good for farmers cheese, ricotta, ricotta salata, feta, and other fresh and semi-fresh cheeses.
This mold’s main specific feature is holes cut downward for more efficient whey drainage and faster cheese formation of required texture. The cheese wheel made in this mold has homogeneous structure and beautiful ribbed surface. The brick like mold is a perfect tool to make home-made cottage cheese, cream cheese and farmer cheese: it allows making tasty cheese, but also the cheese wheel convenient for cutting and arranging cheese plates.
