The mold for cheese making is made of thick food grade polymer approved for use in contact with dairy products including lactic acid. A perfect shape of the finished cheese wheel has a wonderful pattern due to inner geometry of its bottom. Perfectly produced mold with walls enforced with ribs and made of high-quality plastic allows finishing pressing cheese grain inside the mold and get the more dense cheese wheel, including semi-hard cheese.
This mold is designed for making cheese at home as well as at dairy plants and cheese factories.
