The mold is intended for whey drainage and formation of soft cheeses. The performance efficiency lies in increased height (13 cm) and a number of radial downward holes to enable drainage of excessive whey. The mold for making soft and brine-ripened cheese by the cheese grain self-pressing method is designed to make natural cheese, cottage cheese, cream cheese, curd cheese, farmer cheese, etc.
