The brick like mold is made in a form of frustum of pyramid with vertical holes to drain whey. It is perfect to form soft and semi-hard cheeses in a «briquette» type original cheese wheel.

This mold’s main specific feature is holes cut downward for more efficient whey drainage and faster cheese formation of required texture.
